QWIK PMVIC ANGELES CITY (PRIVATE MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION CENTER)

We are pleased to introduce the new procedure and changes to the existing car registration process of the Land Transportation office and The Department of Transportation.

The PMVICs (Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Center), with a target network of 138 facilities nationwide, shall replace the current Private Emission Testing Centers (PETC). The new initiative is in line with the Duterte administration’s goal of curbing not only the worsening air pollution, but also the increasing number of road accidents and death.

Thru the government’s Public Private Partnership program (Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Centers) we are the private proponent of LTO Angeles City District office, LTO Mabalacat City Extension Office and LTO Mabiga Extension Office and Authorized to conduct roadworthiness inspection and emission test of motor vehicle in compliance with LTO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO.2018-2158 and NO. 2020-2217
