New LTO registration procedure

The PMVICs (Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Center), with a target network of 138 facilities nationwide, shall replace the current Private Emission Testing Centers (PETC).  The new initiative is in line with the Duterte administration’s goal of curbing not only the worsening air pollution, but also the increasing number of road accidents and death.
